What is the return policy?

I haven't received tracking information, what should I do?
Please allow 1-2 business days to receive tracking information. If you have not received a tracking number within that time frame please notify us via e-mail info@shopfashionchronicles.com. Also be sure to check your spam and junk folders for tracking confirmation e-mails.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is 2-4 business days UNLESS otherwise stated.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item please use the following process before returning:
     Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo and a description of the damaged item and your order number to our Customer Care Team info@shopfashionchronicles.com
     Once we receive your e-mail and assess the damage we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome,
Are all items restocked?
No, most items are never restocked due to high demand. It is recommended to purchase the items you love before they sell out.
